Our Services

We provide:

Social media content packs
Email marketing templates
Marketing copy and content

Content is delivered digitally within the timeframes specified for your package.

Payment & Refunds

Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is required before work begins.

All prices are in USD. You'll receive an email receipt immediately after purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with your content, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Refunds aren't available after you've published or used the content publicly. Request revisions first if something needs adjustment.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order before work begins for a full refund. Once we've started creating your content, the order is non-refundable (but our 30-day guarantee still applies after delivery).

Delivery & Revisions

Delivery: Starter (48h), Growth (24h), Enterprise (12h)

Revisions: Starter (1 revision), Growth (3 revisions), Enterprise (unlimited)

Content Ownership

Once you pay, the content is yours to use for your business. You can't resell it as a standalone product. We may use your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate order information, respond to communications promptly, and don't request illegal or harmful content.
